Recommended itinerary:

Day 1: Representative from  grab a trek will pick you up from Tribhuvan Int'l Airport, and transfer to the Hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu valley Sightseeing and trek preparation

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara, west of the Kathmandu Valley.

Day 4: Drive from Pokhara to Dhampus (1640m / 5,380ft) and trek to Deurali (2100m / 6,889ft)

Day 5: Trek from Deurali (2100m / 6,889ft) to Forest Camp (2600m / 8,530ft)

Day 6: Trek from Forest Camp (2600m / 8,530ft) to High Camp (3600m / 11,811ft)

Day 7: Trek from High Camp (3600m / 11,811ft) to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m /14,763ft) and to  High camp (3,600m / 11,811ft)

Day 8: Trek from High camp (3,600m / 11,811ft) to Sidhing Village (1700m)

Day 9: Drive from Sidhing Village(1700m) to Pokhara

Day 10: Drive back to Kathmandu
